Learn how to create meaningful videos of your everyday life through creative projects, video time capsules and simple storytelling. Not for algorithms, but for your future self.
Hi, I’m Xanthe (pronounced Zan-thee).
I began making videos as a way to remember how life felt. At first, I didn’t think much of it. I was simply collecting little moments. Family, travels, changing seasons, everyday routines and the small things that made me smile.
Over time, I realised something. Making videos wasn’t just helping me remember my life, it was changing the way I experienced it. Looking for beautiful moments made me notice more. Documenting ordinary days made me appreciate them more. Creating video time capsules encouraged me to slow down, pay attention and build an archive of moments that might otherwise have been forgotten. What started as a way of preserving memories became a way of living more intentionally.
After more than fourteen years of teaching online, I’ve seen this same shift happen for participants of my courses. That’s because making videos isn’t only about what you create. It’s about how the process of creating them changes you. When you begin paying attention to the everyday, you start to see just how much beauty has been there all along.
I’m not here to teach you how to become a content creator or chase the latest trends. I’m here to help you tell your own stories, create meaningful videos and build a richer relationship with your everyday life. I believe ordinary moments deserve remembering, that creativity changes how we experience the world, and that the best audience is often your future self. In fact, I think the videos you’ll treasure most are often the ones no one else ever sees.
Whether you’re looking for a place to begin, a regular creative practice or a little personal guidance, I’d love to help you get started. Here are a few ways we can work together -

Let's build a creative practice that fits your life!
Whether you’re feeling creatively stuck, want guidance with storytelling, or need help turning ideas into a sustainable creative practice, I’d love to work with you.
I offer personalised one-to-one online sessions. These are a space to focus on what matters most to you right now. We might talk through a specific project you’re stuck on, shape an idea that’s still a bit foggy, look at your filming or editing approach, or gently untangle the bigger picture of where you’re headed creatively. Or if you’re right at the beginning of your video making journey - We can start from the very basics and build things up in a way that feels supportive and doable.
You can bring half-formed ideas, questions you’ve been carrying around, or perhaps you’d like to be more intentional with your video creation. I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward with encouragement and set deadlines for your projects.
Sessions are 45 minutes and cost £120, or £199 for two sessions or you can book a bundle of 6 sessions for £600 if you’d like ongoing support over time.
If it feels like the right time, just send me an email and we’ll set everything up. Together we’ll create a way of making videos that feels joyful, realistic and uniquely yours.
